We are recruiting talented hospitality and administrative professionals for multiple cruise line partners. These roles are essential to delivering top-tier shipboard hotel administration, guest relations, finance routines, and operational support.

General Responsibilities Across Available Roles:

  • Guest Services Officer (GSO): Front desk operations, addressing guest queries and complaints, managing PMS logging, handling folios, keys, and lost & found, and supporting embarkation/disembarkation.

  • Junior Payroll Purser: Preparing crew payroll (timekeeping, overtime, allotments, advances), reconciling cash, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and resolving crew pay inquiries.

  • Apprentice Purser: Entry-level purser office support, including filing, reporting, sign-on/off lists, visa coordination, and cross-training across finance and front desk.

  • Finance Trainee: Rotations in revenue audit, AP/AR, and cash office, including voucher posting, daily reconciliations, period close support, and inventory tracking under the Financial Controller.

  • Dispatcher: Operating the hotel call center, managing service requests, creating/routing work orders (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, Security, GSO), and tracking SLAs to closure.

Experience & Requirements:

Prior hospitality, administrative, financial, or guest services experience is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, cash discipline, proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS/POS), and an unwavering commitment to compliance and service recovery.
