About the role: The Club & Guest Experience Host/Coordinator is a dual-role professional responsible for the seamless integration of client hospitality and operational readiness. You are the primary point of contact for our international members and guests, managing their journey from the first confirmation email to the final post-match refreshment.
This is an active, on-site role. While you will manage digital bookings and rotas, you are also responsible for the physical “stage” of the club, ensuring that guest areas, buggies, and setups are flawless. You lead the Guest Experience team by example, balancing administrative precision with hands-on facility care.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Manage the end-to-end client journey, from pre-arrival communications to post-departure follow-ups, ensuring a personalized, premium experience. You will also curate the “club lifestyle” by arranging local dining, transport, and bespoke experiences.
Operational Command: Coordinate the weekly polo program across all departments (Grooms, Grounds, and Operations). You will be responsible for the absolute accuracy of the club’s booking platform and internal rotas.
Standard Bearer: Lead the daily “reset” of the club hospitality and guest areas. You are responsible for ensuring our environment is always pristine, overseeing everything from physical upkeep to the readiness of club buggies and equipment.
Event & Hospitality Logistics: Plan and supervise the setup for polo sessions and matches. This includes managing hospitality stations, coordinating “light bites” and tapas services, and leading the aesthetic setup of social hours.
Growth & Representation: Conduct professional site visits and venue tours for prospective clients, expertly showcasing the property’s assets, including the stables, and fields.
Inventory & Support: Oversee the on-site shop and rental equipment inventory while working closely with housekeeping to maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and order across the estate.
