Key Responsibilities:

Engage passengers through storytelling and high-touch product expertise to maximize sales revenue.

Manage POS system, register operations, and strict cash-handling procedures.

Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and accurate inventory management.

Plan and host interactive onboard activations, including product tastings, trunk shows, raffles, and VIP events.

Maintain strong clienteling techniques while ensuring full compliance with duty-free and international tax regulations.

Collaborate closely with onboard marketing, shore excursions, and entertainment teams to cross-promote events and drive foot traffic.

Essential Requirements
