As a Customer Account Advisor at bet365, you will join our vibrant Customer Service department in Malta, supporting our global customer base through excellent service and clear communication.

This full-time position follows a flexible pattern designed around the sporting calendar and includes evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a rotation to ensure an even schedule.
This role falls under our hybrid working model, where you will work both from home and from our modern office in the heart of Sliema. The office offers spectacular sea views and is close to flat rocky beaches and a variety of outdoor activities.
From your first day, you will receive training and support from experienced instructors who will guide and mentor you so you can deliver an excellent customer experience.

What will you be doing?
- Engaging with customers through Live Chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Using internal tools to investigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating with different departments and escalating issues within the Customer Service department when necessary.
- Resolving customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and licensing requirements to provide accurate information.
- Promoting and advocating responsible gambling practices among customers.
