As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor for this global innovator, your main responsibility will be assisting customers with an advanced insulin management device that supports a more convenient insulin delivery experience. Your role is essential in making sure customers feel supported, informed, and confident when using the product to manage their health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer support via phone and email.
  • Assisting with questions about product usage, handling, and device settings.
  • Troubleshooting possible malfunctions and responding to device alerts.
  • Managing product orders, excluding the active ingredient, as well as demo kit requests.
  • Assisting with payments and processing orders based on medical prescriptions.

Please note that proficiency in both Dutch and English — spoken and written — is required for this position.

What is your daily life like?

Your daily responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and supporting users with any technical or product-related issues they may face. You will work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations and provide top-quality service to customers using the insulin management system.

You will receive full training to help you understand the product, internal systems, customer support processes, and how to communicate clearly and professionally with users. This will prepare you to manage customer expectations, solve problems effectively, and offer empathetic support in every interaction.

Your workday will be divided into shifts, operating between 00:00 and 24:00, with occasional weekend rotations. You will always receive your schedule in advance so you can plan your personal time around work.

What do you need?

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including 24/7 availability and weekends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service systems.
  • Empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
