In this role, you will be part of an international customer service team where empathy, clear communication and problem-solving are key. You will help customers through phone, chat and email, making sure they receive practical support and a positive service experience.
About the role
- You will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat and email.
- You will support customers with questions related to invoices, reminders and payments.
- You will provide information about payment plans, deferred payment costs and rate changes.
- You will handle complaints related to overcharged or overpaid amounts.
- You will assist customers with retention cases and general contract questions.
- You will help with contract start and end dates, as well as relocation requests.
- You will respond to both practical and emotional customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
- You will report relevant cases and updates to the team leader.
✨ Your profile
- Dutch is your native language, both spoken and written.
- You have communicative English skills.
- You have a secondary school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- You have experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills.
- You have excellent writing skills, with good structure and vocabulary.
- You are empathetic, confident and able to multitask.
- You have strong communication skills and a flexible, motivated attitude.
