About the role
You’ll be the first face guests meet at our venue in the heart of Verbier. Your mission: welcome with style, keep the flow at the door, check IDs, and coordinate with the bar manager and authorities when needed to ensure a smooth, safe night.
What you’ll do

Greet guests warmly and manage the entrance line.

Check IDs and enforce entry & licensing policies.

Communicate in real time with the bar manager on duty.

De-escalate incidents and liaise with authorities in emergencies.

Support closing procedures to help guests finish drinks and leave on time.
What we’re looking for

Clear communicator in French & English.

Presentable, polite, and naturally welcoming.

Calm under pressure; confident enforcing policies.

Comfortable with late-night schedules and standing on your feet.

Team player with strong customer focus.

Right to work in Switzerland.
Nice to have
-
Experience in door host / nightlife / hospitality security.

Basic knowledge of local licensing & safety procedures.

First-aid or security training is a plus.
