‍ What will your daily work look like?

As a Customer Advisor for Commerzbank, you will provide support to private and business clients in German. You will become part of a dynamic team handling a wide range of inquiries, from account information to general banking services.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Listening carefully to understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Using internal digital tools and platforms to access and update customer records
  • Documenting all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Building trust through open, customer-focused communication
  • Following internal customer service guidelines and quality standards
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets, with equal emphasis on quality and productivity
  • Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting the team
  • Participating in paid training sessions to develop your product and system knowledge

Whether you have previous experience or are new to customer service, you will receive 16 days of paid training, including a complete introduction to Commerzbank’s products, processes and internal tools.

✅ What do you need?

  • Native or near-native level of German (C1–C2)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2) for internal communication
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work in a structured and dynamic environment
  • Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems
  • Team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus
  • For hybrid work, an internet connection of at least 8 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload

What do you get?

  • Monthly gross salary: €1,300
  • Monthly project bonus: €50
  • Monthly welcome bonus: €100 during the first 12 months

  • Hybrid working model: at least 30% of your working time must be spent in the Athens office; fully remote work is not available

  • Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 23:00
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week
