Your day to day

Provide an excellent customer experience to Dutch-speaking customers
Deliver friendly service by showing genuine interest in the customer
Build a positive relationship between customers and the brand
Create opportunities to impress and engage with customers
Answer customer questions and doubts in a clear and helpful way
Manage customer queries about orders, accounts, payments and stock availability

Your profile

You are fluent in Dutch and have a high level of English, C1 level
You have excellent listening and communication skills
You are familiar with online advertising products and social media
You have solid Microsoft Office experience
You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and company products
You are outgoing, charming and customer-focused
You are able to work 40 hours per week
Experience in customer support is a plus
