Your day to day
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide guidance and support on brand-specific digital platforms, apps, and connected services
- Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving issues and queries
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our clients’ premium products and services
- Maintain a high standard of service, in line with the prestigious brands we represent
Your profile
- Proficiency in Finnish with a very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- A passion for luxury cars and the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, able to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Basic technical knowledge, especially around digital services and connectivity in vehicles
- Team player with a positive attitude
