As a Microsoft Success Manager, you will work with business customers
from Lisbon. You will combine your sales skills with technical product
knowledge to help companies identify the Microsoft solutions that best
meet their needs.
Your Profile

You are a native or near-native Dutch speaker with a good command of
English. -
You have at least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience. This is a
mandatory requirement. -
You have a good general technical understanding, particularly of
Microsoft Windows products. -
You are commercially driven and comfortable handling both inbound and
outbound customer interactions. -
You can identify business needs and translate them into suitable
solutions. -
You are results-oriented, an excellent communicator, and skilled at
building long-term customer relationships. - A university degree is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- You are willing to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound interactions with Microsoft business
customers by phone and email. -
Advise small and medium-sized businesses on Microsoft products,
hardware, and services. -
Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to
closing deals. - Prepare suitable commercial proposals based on each customer’s needs.
- Handle customer requests and orders via phone, email, and chat.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business
customers. - Encourage repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and project-specific sales targets.
