About the job
Are you the kind of person who always starts a conversation on holiday? As a promoter / ticket seller for Club NL Mallorca and Mallorca Open Air (festival), you are the face of the Dutch party scene on the island. During the day you’ll be at the beach and around popular Dutch hotels, and in the evening you’ll be on the boulevard or in front of the club getting people excited for an unforgettable night out.
What will you do?

Actively approach Dutch tourists and sell tickets for Club NL Mallorca and Mallorca Open Air.

Sell tickets during the day on the beach and at well-known Dutch hotels.

Be present in the evening at busy spots on the boulevard or in front of the club as a promoter.

Create a fun, enthusiastic vibe and convince people to join the parties.

Work together with your team to reach daily sales targets.
In short: you make sure the parties are full of people ready for a great night – and you get to party with them too.
Who are you?

You’re spontaneous, social and not afraid to approach people.

You have a well-groomed appearance and a smooth way of talking.

You love parties and the Dutch holiday atmosphere.

You are available for at least 4–5 weeks in July and/or August 2026.

You can work independently, but also enjoy smashing goals together with your team.
What do you get in return?

Commission-based pay: for every ticket you sell, you earn commission. The more you sell, the more you make.

Fast payments: payout every ten days.

Accommodation arranged: we organise your stay in Mallorca, so you don’t have to worry about housing.

You share a room with 1 or 2 fellow promoters/ticket sellers.
