Your day to day

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking Proximus customers.
  • Handle customer questions, technical issues and complaints by phone.
  • Provide clear and accurate solutions for topics such as login problems, WiFi issues, TV connections and remote controls.
  • Represent the brand’s image and values through every customer interaction.
  • Close each call with a positive attitude and focus on high customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend additional services or upgrades when relevant to the customer’s needs.

✨ Your profile

  • You speak and write Dutch fluently.
  • A good command of English is a plus.
  • You have strong communication and active listening skills.
  • You are empathetic, solution-oriented and customer-focused.
  • You feel comfortable explaining technical information in a clear and patient way.
  • You have a commercial mindset and enjoy recommending additional services or upgrades.
  • You are tech-savvy or interested in technology; previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • You are willing to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
