We are looking for a Storage Solutions Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team and guide customers through important life transitions, whether they’re moving homes, renovating, growing a business, or simply need extra space.

About the Role
As a Storage Solutions Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers who have shown interest in storage solutions. Your mission is to make their journey smooth, clear, and stress-free by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring they feel confident in their choice.
This is a consultative, customer-first role, not cold outreach or high-pressure sales. We believe that success comes from helping customers feel confident that they’ve chosen the right solution.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support potential customers who reach out for guidance on storage options.
  • Follow up with warm leads to help them make informed decisions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right unit size and services.
  • Explain pricing, availability, and promotions clearly and honestly.
  • Build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Keep customer information accurate in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
  • Share ideas, insights, and best practices with your team, we grow together.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
  • Ability to quickly build trust and understand customer needs.
  • Native-level proficiency in Flemish.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Someone who enjoys helping customers rather than pushing for a sale.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, due to the dynamic nature of customer needs.

 

What We Offer

  • Base salary: €1,600 gross per month (based on a 39-hour contract)
  • Monthly bonus:
    • During training: 100€ bonus (based on planning adherence & training certification).
    • After training period: sales-commission model (based on conversion & quality).
  • Permanent contract after a 1-month probation period
