About the role
As a Polish Solutions Consultant, you will assist business clients with their questions, product support needs, and technical troubleshooting. Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Assist businesses with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat
- Handle exclusively B2B communication
- Deliver professional and high-quality client service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and user experience
- Identify and understand client needs
- Provide clear and helpful solutions in a friendly and efficient way
Your profile
- Fluency in Polish
- Advanced level of English
- Interest in technology and digital solutions
- No previous experience in a similar role required
