What will I do?
Provide shipboard primary and urgent care in the medical center and rapid response across the vessel. Execute medical duties to ensure full compliance with maritime health, safety, and operational standards.

Positions Available:

Doctors — Shipboard physicians with ER/urgent care background; lead code team; diagnose, treat and determine fitness for duty; coordinate referrals and medevacs; maintain clinical governance.

Nurses — RNs (preferably ER/ICU) handling triage, vitals, IV/med administration, wound care, ECGs, diagnostics and EMR charting; support clinics and emergencies.

Dentists — General dentistry and emergencies (exams, fillings, extractions, temporary fixes); strict sterilization and infection control per USPH; patient education.

Physiotherapists — MSK assessment and rehabilitation for guests and crew; post-injury protocols, mobility programs, ergonomics and return-to-work planning.

Essential Requirements

Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages are a strong plus).

Proven experience in emergency, urgent care, clinical nursing, dentistry, or physical therapy in a healthcare setting.

Strong clinical skills with high discipline, accuracy in documentation, and strict adherence to maritime medical and public health standards.

Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations.
