What will I do?

Support safe vessel operations under the Safety Management System (SMS) across top luxury cruise lines globally. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring full compliance with environmental, safety, and security standards.

Positions Available:

  • Sailor O/S (Ordinary Seaman) — Deck upkeep (chipping/painting/cleaning), mooring operations, lookout and gangway duties, cargo/luggage handling, and participation in drills.

  • Apprentice Engineer / Engine Cadet — Rotations in engine department; assist with PMS, watchkeeping logs, lubes/filters, pumps, and auxiliaries under supervision.

  • CEL UK Engine Cadet — UK-track engine cadetship; watchkeeping and maintenance rotations across engine systems, documentation, and safety routines.

  • 2nd Engineer — Supervise engine room operations and maintenance teams during watch; manage PMS, diagnostics, and repairs on propulsion/auxiliaries; ensure safety and compliance; report to Chief Engineer.

  • 2nd Electrical Engineer — Maintain and troubleshoot generators, switchboards, distribution, motors, automation, and lighting; support ETO; manage spares and documentation.

  • Asst. Repairman – Aqua — Assist repairs and maintenance of aquatics/water features (pools, slides, pumps, hydraulics), fittings, and structures; execute work orders and safety checks.

  • Security Staff — Access control, patrols, and crowd management; CCTV monitoring; incident reporting; ISPS Code compliance; coordination with shipboard departments.

  • Upholsterer — Repair/replace soft furnishings (seating, panels, curtains), measure/cut/sew/fit, maintain décor standards, and inventory of materials.

Essential Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages are a strong plus).

  • Proven experience in maritime operations, engine maintenance, technical repairs, or vessel security in a regulated environment.

  • Strong mechanical or operational skills with high discipline, accuracy in documentation, and strict adherence to safety standards.

  • Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations.
