Your Profile
– You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
– You have a good command of English, as the training and internal communication will be in English.
– You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– You are comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
– You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
– You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 24:00.
– You are willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
– You are eligible to complete the required background and reference checks.
Your Responsibilities
– Support content creators and influencers across different social media platforms.
– Handle subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
– Respond to new and existing business customers by phone, email, and live chat.
– Make outbound callbacks and proactively contact customers who previously requested support.
– Assist customers after they have independently purchased services.
– Identify effective solutions using the company’s internal knowledge base.
– Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer service.
– Focus exclusively on customer support—this is not a sales position.
