Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content
- Ensure that reviewed information complies with established policies and guidelines
- Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
- Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks
- Provide clear reasoning and context when defending decisions
Your profile
- Fluency in Danish
- Good level of English
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable processing sensitive information
- Strong ability to defend decisions using logical reasoning
- Ability to identify behavior patterns and support decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and high volumes of work
- Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate information is a plus
