What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Answer customer questions and support eCommerce customers via phone and chat, with actions related to online orders and deliveries.
- Answer calls not handled by stores and process customer inquiries through CRM systems.
- Always focus on providing a good customer experience with every customer contact, including continuously improving our customer satisfaction.
- Following the processes and procedures established for the project.
- Possibly handle customer inquiries via social media and email in the future.
- Be on time on site and ready to start work at the appointed time.
- Working together as a team and achieving the set goals.
