What does a customer advisor do?
As a customer advisor, you are the direct point of contact for customers who need help with services – be it by email, phone or chat. Imagine you have booked a flight and accidentally selected the wrong date. Normally, you would then call a service hotline to change the date. This is where you come in: you help customers clarify their concerns, ensure their satisfaction, solve problems and provide excellent service to build positive customer relationships and promote long-term customer loyalty. The exact tasks may vary depending on the project and will of course be discussed with you in person.
