Customer Advisor with Norwegian for SAS Airlines (Poland)

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the friendly face and voice for our premium customers, assisting them with all travel-related queries
  • Advise our partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, and membership programs 
  • Help customers purchase airline tickets and manage various payment methods
  • Support travelers facing difficulties to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey
  • Provide exceptional assistance to passengers via calls, chat, and emails 
Location:
  • Join us in our Warsaw office for the first 6-9 months. Depending on your stellar performance, you may have the opportunity to enjoy hybrid work! 

REQUERIMENTS
  • Ability to work in the team with passion to travel and great sense of humor.
  • Proactivity is creativity is our second name!
  • Service-oriented thinking: focus on the customer experience – they come first!
  • Language Ninja: fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (min. B2).
  • Master of administration and technology: you have administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Listening is an art: great communication and listening skills.
