Responsibilities:
- Moderating in-game chats and generated content
- Enforcing community guidelines and terms of service
- Identifying and addressing security concerns, including fraud and risk situations
- Collaborating with global teams to improve security and user experience
- Providing insights for the development of security policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proficiency in Turkish and English
- Keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience in content moderation, customer support or related areas (preferred)
- Good understanding of the dynamics of online communities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, challenging environments
