Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train your cleaning team, ensuring top-notch weekend deep cleans and quality checks.
- Prep properties to perfection, tackling maintenance, hot tub management and snow clearing as needed.
- Welcome guests with charm, delivering lift passes, meal services and insider tips.
- Confidently drive guests to the slopes and around resort in snowy conditions (manual vehicle).
- Assist property owners and senior management with midweek tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role with team management experience (hospitality/retail ideal).
- Ideally from a hospitality or holiday environment background (e.g. campsites, AirBnB, self-catered apartments).
- Full, clean drivers license (manual, 3+ years), experience driving in snow.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and guest focused communication.
- Passion for the mountains and skiing/snowboarding.
- Career-breakers or sabbatical takers are welcome!
- English fluency, basic French a plus.
- Available from November 20th 2025 until Mid April 2026.
