Job Description
As a Onepilot agent, you are a freelancer responsible for assisting our clients’ customers with their inquiries. After completing e-learning training on your clients, you’ll have access to a knowledge base for each one. Onepilot’s technology and this knowledge base will enable you to effectively respond to requests from our clients’ users, which will be sent to you via email, chat, or phone call. You’ll work from home and be paid for each resolved ticket. The rate per ticket depends on the ticket’s complexity, processing time, and your location. It ranges from €0.40 to €2. On average, our agents earn €12 per hour. 🔧
Your responsibilities:
– Assist customers via email, chat, or phone
– Use tools and resources to provide fast and accurate support
– Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
