Work at L’Oréal as a Beauty Advisor for the Dutch Market in Porto, Portugal

  • Salary: €1,309 gross per month + performance bonus
  • Work model: On-site Work

Benefits

  • Comprehensive training: 15 working days / 80 hours of induction, including software training, product training and customer management training.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00.
  • Holiday and Christmas allowances: Equivalent to the basic salary and paid as a monthly percentage on top of your salary.
  • Meal allowance: €7.00 per day, paid via debit card for tax exemption.
  • Health insurance: Available from the first day of the employment contract.
  • Total remuneration package: €1,240.66 including accommodation allowance, or €1,657.71 excluding accommodation allowance.
  • Contract details: Fixed-term employment contract, renewable, signed on the first day of training.
  • Initial contract: 12 months, renewable up to 24 months.
  • Permanent employment: Possible after 2 years.
  • Probation period: 30 days.

Relocation

If you are moving to Portugal from abroad, you will receive support to help you settle into your new life in Porto. Accommodation is provided, making your relocation smoother and easier while you start your new role.

Your day to day

  • Communicate with customers via live chat, telephone, email, web forms and social media.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to product information, complaints and general support.
  • Provide accurate and timely beauty and product advice.
  • Support customers with e-commerce questions, including returns, deliveries and refunds.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction.

Your profile

  • Native level of Dutch with excellent communication skills.
  • Good level of English, at least B2, written and spoken.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic, patient and focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Team player with good IT skills and experience using reporting tools.
  • Flexible and available to work in shifts.

Recommended qualifications

  • Experience in the cosmetics, beauty or luxury sector.
  • Knowledge of digital channels and social media.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
