Your day to day

You will handle incoming phone calls, emails and chats regarding:

  • Invoices and payment reminders.
  • Payment arrangements and questions about outstanding balances.
  • Information about rate changes.
  • Complaint resolution, such as incorrect invoices.
  • Retention and customer satisfaction.
  • General contract questions, including start date, renewal and termination.
  • Requests for relocation or address changes.
  • Listening to customers’ practical and emotional needs.

You will report directly to your team leader and make sure each customer receives professional, clear and helpful support.

✨ Your profile

  • You have a high school diploma; an associate’s degree is a plus.
  • You speak and write Dutch at a native level.
  • You have good knowledge of English.
  • You have experience with CRM systems and strong computer skills.
  • You communicate clearly and have a customer-focused attitude.
  • You have strong writing skills and can structure information well.
  • You are empathetic, flexible and able to handle stressful situations.
  • You are eager to learn, solution-oriented and motivated to help customers.
