Your day to day
- Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking Proximus customers.
- Handle customer questions, technical issues and complaints by phone.
- Provide clear and accurate solutions for topics such as login problems, WiFi issues, TV connections and remote controls.
- Represent the brand’s image and values through every customer interaction.
- Close each call with a positive attitude and focus on high customer satisfaction.
- Recommend additional services or upgrades when relevant to the customer’s needs.
✨ Your profile
- You speak and write Dutch fluently.
- A good command of English is a plus.
- You have strong communication and active listening skills.
- You are empathetic, solution-oriented and customer-focused.
- You feel comfortable explaining technical information in a clear and patient way.
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy recommending additional services or upgrades.
- You are tech-savvy or interested in technology; previous experience is a plus but not required.
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
