Your day to day
- Make outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads.
- Work towards concluding Luminus contracts and assist customers with the digital contract process.
- Compare rates between Luminus and other energy suppliers.
- Convince prospects to become Luminus customers.
- Make a Happy Call within 48 hours after the contract is signed to verify the details.
- Propose and sell additional Luminus products and services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
✨ Your profile
- You have completed secondary education.
- You speak Dutch fluently, preferably Flemish Dutch.
- You have a communicative level of English.
- You have basic MS Office skills.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- You are motivated to learn and willing to develop your sales skills.
- You are customer-focused, persuasive and confident.
- You have excellent listening skills and express yourself clearly.
- You are empathetic, resilient, competitive and coachable.
