Your Responsibilities

  • Support customers in German via inbound and outbound phone calls and email.
  • Handle customer requests, documentation, and account-related updates with accuracy.
  • Manage administrative and insurance-related processes in line with internal procedures.
  • Maintain clear and accurate case notes and data entry.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow quality standards, internal guidelines, and data protection policies.
