Your new job at Otrium
Otrium has hundreds of designer outlets in one app! Their mission is to ensure that all manufactured clothing is worn, rather than thrown away. That’s why they partner with some 200 fashion brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Guess to sell older collections at lower prices. In short, good for your closet, wallet and the world. You will help Dutch Otrium customers via phone, email and chat with all kinds of questions: can I exchange my item for another color? When can I receive my refund? I have received a damaged item, what now? It’s up to you to find an appropriate solution for each customer!

Moving to Valencia
