About the job
As a Dutch-speaking Netflix Customer Service Agent, your primary role will be to assist Netflix users with various account and technical concerns, ranging from billing questions to troubleshooting errors when accessing the platform. Most of your daily responsibilities will involve resolving account-related problems (such as password issues or membership cancellations) and helping customers with technical difficulties. You’ll be working in a customer-first environment, where active listening and empathy are crucial.

What is your daily life like?
On a typical day, you will:
- Answer inbound calls and live chats from Dutch-speaking Netflix users.
- Help resolve billing, account, and technical issues (such as troubleshooting playback errors).
- Escalate complex cases to the Tier 2 team (communication in English).
- Use Netflix’s internal knowledge base to provide accurate resolutions and advice.
- Offer an excellent customer experience, focusing on empathy and problem-solving.
