Working in Lisbon or remotely in Portugal, you will follow a tailor-made training programme to hone your communication and problem-solving skills. What does your daily life look like?

What you need.
- Language: Fluent Dutch or Flemish speaking and writing.
- Education: A completed secondary school diploma from the Netherlands or second grade secondary education in Belgium.
- Flexibility: You are open to working in shifts and have availability for at least 6 months.
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Communication skills: Friendly, customer-oriented and comfortable talking to customers.
- Work permit: You must be eligible to work in Portugal.
