Wens Hotels is a concept designed witing an upcoming chain of hotels in Austria, to cater extensively to incentive travel, provided by our travel agency Wens Business Events, based in Holland. The hotels provide a lovely stay for our groups during the low season offering, special themed evenings, unique menus etc. During the peak holiday season, we are open to individual travellers, providing them with the same high level of service and attention to detail. For years now, Hotel Auwirt is situated in the heart of the bustling centre of Saalbach and next year in Obertauern, Austria.

We are looking for an all-round team member
Flexible: You are open to learning various aspects of working within the hotel industry. You adopt a flexible approach towards working breakfast and bar shifts, handling front-office responsibilities, and, if necessary, supporting the kitchen crew. Alternatively, you can choose to specialize in one of these departments.
Proactive: You understand the perfect balance between adhering to guidelines and identifying areas for improvement. You are not hesitant to share your innovative ideas with the management. Your mindset aligns with our goal: “We want to grow!”
Smart: you have a good understanding of the German or/and English language and can handout our excellent service to our guest. Your linguistic skills ensure clear communication and enhance the guest experience.
Passion: You have a strong passion for the guest’s experience and are always making sure to offer them the ultimate service. As your priority is to have 100% satisfied guests, you can handle feedback well and are able to see room for improvement when it comes to the hotel, the staff and of course yourself.

- Work experience in a similar environment / position

- You are available from 01-12-2024 till 01-04-2025 for Obertaurern our season continues until end of April 2025
