Join a fast-paced B2B support team in Portugal to help advertisers optimize their digital campaigns, resolve technical queries, and build valuable career experience in digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality B2B support via email and chat to advertisers using a major international advertising platform.

Assist clients with campaign setup, troubleshooting technical and product-related issues, and optimizing overall performance.

Collaborate closely with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer cases.

Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on platform features and tools.

Identify process improvements to elevate service quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Essential Requirements:

Languages: Native-level written and spoken Turkish, along with good spoken and written English (B2 level minimum).

Valid European passport or European ID card, and at least 18 years of age.

Experience in customer service and/or marketing is considered a strong plus.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts (initially within a 07:00–19:00 window, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off per week).

Availability to commit to working in Lisbon for at least 6 months.

No Portuguese language skills are required for this role.
