What you will do in this role

As a Solution Specialist in our team, you will:

  • Ensure new customer acquisition by maximising opportunities for additional sales and cross-selling in partnership with others.
  • Provide technical product demonstrations and information to meet customer needs and use cases.
  • Increase your technical expertise and provide innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Review and validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed.
  • Present technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
  • Serve as the SMB Vendor Tele team’s technical point of contact for potential customers.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions on your areas of expertise throughout the center.
  • Continually research new cloud solutions and pricing from Microsoft and competitors.

Qualifications

Concentrix is for you if:

  • You are a native or fluent speaker of Finnish and you are also fluent in English.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You have 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • You have completed at least a Fundamentals certification (required); L200 certification is an advantage.
  • You have extensive knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architectures in productivity and communications solutions.
  • You are familiar with the impact of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance on cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred).
  • Understand the design of cloud deployment and adoption.
  • You have experience designing, migrating and managing technology for cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving goals and excellent performance.
  • You are a skilled communicator who thrives in a client-facing role.

Additional pluses include:

  • Experience in technical sales or pre-sales.
  • Education or experience in one of the following fields: computer science, mathematics or engineering.
  • Master’s degree with a major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering.
