About the role
As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will join an energetic and international team. You will be in daily contact with potential customers and reach out to both warm and cold leads to inform them about the benefits of the energy supplier.
You will identify customer needs, compare rates and offer the most suitable solution. You will also guide customers through the digital contract process and offer additional products and services, such as energy monitors and e-mobility solutions.

No stress, everything is arranged for you
Your adventure in Sofia starts without worries. The company supports you throughout the entire relocation process, from your flight to Sofia to the taxi that takes you from the airport to your temporary accommodation.
You will first stay in a hotel paid for by the company, while a relocation buddy helps you find suitable long-term housing. Once you have chosen an apartment, you will receive support with the move and the necessary paperwork.
Your relocation buddy will also take you on a city tour of Sofia, so you can quickly find your way around. Sofia is also surprisingly affordable; for around €380 to €400 per month, you can already rent a nice apartment of 60 to 80 m². The company also organises regular team outings and events, making it easy to meet new people.

- Salary: a gross monthly salary of €1,450, approximately €1,125 net. After 6 months, this increases to €1,600 gross, approximately €1,245 net.
- Bonuses: a performance bonus of up to €350 per month.
