Sustainable XL is looking for enthusiastic Dutch speakers for its Portuguese team who would like to work in Lisbon.
What are you going to do?
You are the first link in the contact with the customer. You listen carefully, ask the right questions and clearly map out their wishes. Together with your colleagues you translate this input into sustainable advice. You plan meetings, help think about solutions such as solar panels, heat pumps and insulation and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You also help with quotations, customer questions and after-sales. Meanwhile, you keep an eye on the latest developments and ensure that customers are really helped. Your goal? Making them sustainable and saving money!
What are we looking for?
Experience as a consultant is not necessary. We will teach you all the tricks of the trade.
You are a people person, a deal maker and a clever strategist all in one.
You know how to effortlessly convert customer wishes into concrete sustainability solutions.
Proactive? Check. Solution-oriented? Double-check.
A team player who enjoys working together in an informal, collegial environment where knowledge and experience are shared.
You are driven to fill your own agenda with appointments.
You speak good Dutch and English, other languages are a plus.
