The Role: Performing Arts Specialist
Do you love theatre, dance, music, or being creative on stage? As a Performing Arts Specialist, you’ll help campers discover their confidence and express themselves through drama, dance, music, improvisation, theatre tech, set design, costume making, sound and lighting, and more.
You’ll bring energy, encouragement, and fun to every rehearsal and performance, helping campers develop their skills while creating memorable shows together. You don’t need formal teaching qualifications—we’re looking for people with experience in their chosen area, a passion for sharing it, and enthusiasm for working with children. If you have taught, coached, directed, or supported young people before, that’s a huge bonus!
No professional experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to work with children. Camp contracts typically last around 8 weeks between June and August.
