We are looking for front office manager
Flexible: you are open to learning different aspects of our front office within the hotel industry! We
expect that you are able to work independently, have experience with hospitality and are able to give
our guests an unforgettable experience. Would be preferable that you have a flexible approach and
attitude towards working in a variety of shifts and tasks and take responsibility for the center point of
our hotel.
Proactive: you know the perfect balance between following the guidelines and see room for
improvement and are not shy to share your ideas with the management. ‘We wanna grow!’ We are
looking out for an entrepreneur mind-set, when u see an opportunity to create business while
entertaining our guests, you will grab it!
Smart: you have a good understanding of the English and German language, so you can provide our
international guests with the correct information and tips for sight-seeing. You oversee the ‘heart’ of
the reception of our hotel, and you are the driving force behind a pleasant collaboration between all
employees
Passion: You have a strong passion for the guest experience and are always making sure to offer
them the ultimate service. As your priority is to have 100% satisfied guests, you can handle feedback
well and are able to see room for improvement when it comes to the hotel, the staff and of course to
yourself.
