๐Your Role at NewCo Communications:
As a Customer Advisor, youโll support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and eventually chat. Youโll assist with questions about moving, meter readings, and more complex topics like energy contracts โ ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
