Answering questions via phone, chat or email
Identify, resolve or escalate issues
You are the voice of the company: friendly and articulate
Accurately maintain customer records

What do I bring?

Fluent in Dutch and good English skills (B2 level)
People-minded with strong communication skills
Technically savvy, empathetic and patient
Able to work independently and as part of a team
