We’re on the hunt for a Kitchen Assistant to help us power through the winter. This role is ideal for someone who’s already had a taste of the kitchen life but wants to get their hands into everything — from KP to prep & plating — and learn along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting our chefs during busy services (and there will be some busy ones!)
- Prepping, cleaning, plating — helping the kitchen run like clockwork
- Jumping in across different sections and building up your skills
- Staying calm under pressure
- Keeping everything clean, safe, and HACCP-approved
- Bringing good energy, a sense of humour, and a love of food
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience (ideally in a gastropub or brasserie-style setting)
- Passion for food and a real interest in learning more
- Excellent time management and multitasking
- A calm, can-do attitude (with a big side of humour)
- Respect for hygiene and safety (non-negotiable)
- Right to work in France is a huge plus — but we may be able to help with visa support for the right person

Salary & Details:
- French contract with a competitive monthly salary
- 39 hours/week
