Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to improve our online presence and increase organic traffic. This includes various SEO tasks, such as keyword research, on- and off-page SEO optimization and link building strategies. In addition, you will analyze our website performance, identify areas for improvement, do competitive analysis, search intent mapping, and work to improve SERP rankings.

As a Content & SEO Specialist, you play a key role in devising and executing our content strategy. With your excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, you’ll create inspiring and user-focused content, such as blogs, landing pages and other materials that align with our goals. You’ll be supported by a team of talented interns helping you with copywriting, so your role includes coordinating this team.
You’ll also use analytics tools and data insights to measure content and SEO performance. You’ll adjust strategies, maximize results and use A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and ROI.

Our young team consists of a mix of different personalities and cultures, so you’ll hear accents from all over the world, and occasionally some enthusiastic barking from our office dogs! What will I do.
Develop and execute content strategies: plan and create inspiring, SEO-optimized and trending content that aligns with Yobbers’ mission and goals
Optimize for search engines: conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics
Analyze and report performance: use tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to measure content and SEO performance and provide valuable insights
Improve user experience: work with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized for readability and conversion
Lead outreach initiatives: build relationships with external content creators, manage link building campaigns and strengthen Yobbers’ online presence
What do I bring?
Proven expertise: 3+ years of experience in content creation and SEO, with a track record in increasing organic growth
Technical know-how: strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms
Analytical skills: ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing and optimize content strategies based on statistics
Creativity & communication: excellent English and Dutch or German writing skills and the skills to create content that appeals to our target audience
Experience in a startup/scaleup environment is a plus
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €2,200 and €2,500 gross per month.
