About the job
As a PlayStation Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all PlayStation product related issues. You will support customers with technical issues, answer their questions and make sure they have the best possible gaming experience. Your day will start in the modern office in Lisbon, where you will work in an international team. You will be thoroughly trained to answer customer queries professionally, whether by phone, email or chat.
After work, you can enjoy Lisbon to the full. Whether it’s a relaxing evening in a rooftop bar, a walk on the beach or riding the waves – the city offers you numerous ways to end your day.
