Relocation
If you are moving to Portugal from abroad, you will receive support throughout your relocation
process. This includes help with your arrival, accommodation and administrative steps, making it
easier for you to settle in and start your new job with confidence.
Your day to day
As a German-speaking Support Specialist, you will assist customers with online order-related
queries throughout the full customer journey. You will help with delivery management, shipping
investigations, returns, refunds, payment-related questions and order information requests.
You will communicate with customers by phone and email, while also coordinating with internal
teams, couriers, carriers and financial partners when needed. You will work with sensitive
customer information, so accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.
- Manage complex issues throughout the full lifecycle of online orders
- Support customers with deliveries, returns, refunds and payment-related questions
- Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email
- Coordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Keep clear records of customer interactions and transactions in internal systems
- Escalate complex cases when needed, following the correct procedures
Your profile
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are detail-oriented and accurate in your work
- You can handle complex issues with minimal supervision
- You are a strong problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
- You are comfortable working with sensitive information
- You are flexible and able to manage changing workloads, including occasional overtime
- You enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals
- Experience with SAP or back-office work is a plus, but not mandatory
Working conditions
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
- Working hours between 07:00 and 24:00
- Training period of approximately 15 to 20 working days, conducted in English
- Portuguese employment contract with holiday and Christmas allowances
- Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years
- Remote position from Portugal, with occasional visits to the company hub if required by the project
