About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities across different stages of the sales funnel. Your goal will be to connect with prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the transition from first contact to onboarding.
- Remote work model
- Monday to Friday schedule, from 09:00 to 18:00
- Base salary: €2,198.56 gross/month
- Quarterly bonus: €1,537.20 gross
- Contract start date: 23 April 2026
Your Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, video calls, and social media
- Identify the right decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and desk research
- Follow sales cadences and response-time SLAs consistently
- Actively manage your pipeline and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Record all relevant interactions in Salesforce
- Hand over qualified leads to the onboarding team
- Review daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong prospecting and consultative sales activity
Your Profile
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- You have at least 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally in tech or advertising sales
- You have a proven ability to identify budget opportunities and grow client investment over time
- You are confident in competitive selling and winning new business
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You can explain complex ideas in a simple and clear way
- You have strong time-management and self-organization skills
- You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
- You have experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
- Digital advertising knowledge will be considered an advantage
