The Summer Isles Hotel and Restaurant is a small but well-known hotel and restaurant located in Achiltibuie on the far north-west coast of Scotland. The hotel is a favorite destination for food lovers, outdoor adventurers and those looking for peace and tranquillity.
IMPORTANT: You must have the right to work in the UK (post-Brexit). Therefore, in order to apply for this position you need to already have a UK passport, a valid visa, or an EU settlement status. We aren´t able to provide visas for candidates that don´t have the right to work in the UK.
Our guests are your top priority. You will be totally focused on their well-being and happiness. Beyond that, you are responsible for the smooth delivery of outstanding food from the kitchen to our restaurant and bar and so you work in partnership with our kitchen. In the dining rooms, you are elegant and have an eye for detail; you notice what our guests need before they know it. You are genuinely warm and welcoming. You are passionate about the food our kitchen produces and about the wines and other drinks which we serve.
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality/restaurant/people experience is vital.
- Available from ASAP until the end of October 2022.
- You must be able to work in the UK (post-Brexit) with a valid visa or with an EU settlement status.
What do we offer in return?
- Gross income of £8k to £10k (the total you can earn in 3 months) + a share of the tips.
- Team meal daily at 5 pm
