Our client has half a million employees across Europe and three offices in Athens. They provide customer service for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Philips, Apple and Microsoft.
We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service or customer work. You should be independent, motivated and ready to give your best every day. During your first four weeks, you will receive in-depth training on products, customer service, technology and billing. You will then answer questions from Finnish-speaking customers by phone, email and chat. Customer service work is varied – every day brings new situations and customers to help, so problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are key.
Living in Athens offers the opportunity to take a mini-vacation every weekend. From the port of Piraeus, you can take a ferry to the Greek islands at low cost all year round. The climate is excellent: there is little rain, and even at Christmas it can be 25°C and sunny! Athens is one of Europe’s most popular destinations, with world-class culture, restaurants, bars and a creative and historic arts scene.
Working hours: 40 hours per week

Tasks
- Answer customer questions by phone, email and chat
- Handle complaints with patience and empathy
- Resolve technical problems efficiently
- Document customer contacts and actions
We are looking for you

Fluency in Finnish and good command of English
