As a Customer Service Representative, you will help customers with questions about mobile services, billing, PIN and PUK codes, roaming, connectivity issues and service renewals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in an international environment.

Benefits

Base salary of €1,300 gross per month
Performance bonus of up to €240 per month
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 00:00
On-site work in Moschato, Athens

Relocation

You will also receive temporary accommodation on arrival, giving you time to get comfortable and start your new job with more peace of mind.

Your day to day

Handle inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers
Support clients with billing questions, PIN and PUK issues, roaming and general connectivity problems
Assist customers with service renewals
Promote additional products such as mobile security, TV and internet services
Deliver high-quality customer service and help maintain customer satisfaction and retention goals
Use internal systems to manage, resolve and follow up on customer inquiries

Your profile

You have C2 level German, native or near-native fluency
You have B2 level English for internal communication and training
You have strong technical aptitude and feel confident navigating mobile and internet services
Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
You are willing to relocate to Athens, with relocation support provided
